A sign on a Krakow tram

Krakow trams and buses carry stickers forbidding the use of rollerblades, cigarettes, trumpets and/or ice cream. I wonder what incredible tragedy led to these draconian measures.

What? You haven’t heard of the time a man literally trumpetted himself to death on some rollerblades whilst high on cigarettes and icecream? On the Polish tram system? What a waste of life that was.
